Gives higher level. Which level depend on which password being used.          
/level /level *noteDisplays own userinformation          
/level /level <rawname> *noteDisplays user information of another user

#UserCmd /levelto
/levelto <rawname> Displays userinformation for another user          
/setuserlevel /setuserlevel <rawname> <number> 1=Mute 2=Newbie 3=User 4=Moderator 5=Admin 6=coHost          
#AdminCmd Ignore #AdminCmd Ignore <rawname> User becomes without voice in room
Note: The equal to /setuserlevel <rawname> 1
Note: Admin and above will see a muted user messages regardless
         
#AdminCmd RemoveIgnore #admincmd removeignore <rawname> User gets voice back
Note: The equal to /setuserlevel <rawname> 2
         
/listignore
#AdminCmd /listignore
  Displays all users currently muted/ignored          
#SetNickname #Name #setnickname <rawname> #name <name> Gives a user another nickname in channel
Note: this will remove the ability to send PM to the specified user.
         
#AdminCmd #RenamePermission #AdminCmd #RenamePermission <rawname> Gives user permission to change back to real nickname          
#AdminCmd SetShareBlockNum #AdminCmd SetShareBlockNum <number> Sets minimum number of files required to enter room.
Note: #AdminCmd NoShareBlockOn/Off will activate/deactivate feature
         
#AdminCmd SetROMBlockTime #AdminCmd SetROMBlockTime <number> Sets amount of minutes without chat-activity before the user gets removed from room. The timeframe can be set from 0 to 1440 minutes (24hours)
Note: #AdminCmd AutoROMBlockOn/Off will activate/deactivate feature
         
#AdminCmd AddAdmin #admincmd addadmin <rawname> Adds user as Admin (becomes level 5)          
#AdminCmd RemoveAdmin #admincmd removeadmin <rawname> Removes user as admin (becomes level 3)          
#AdminCmd ClearAdmin   Removes all admins (level 5-users)
Note: Moderators will not be affected.
