Defines a name to the room
Note: the room name can not exceed 40 characters. The server will truncate the characters above that limit.

Defines a name to the second room
Note: this is a virtual room only, it shows up in channel list as an ordinary channel, but is the same room as the main.

  Defines a limit of users in channel at the same time.
